During the event, Balan is reported to have worn three different attires from designer Sabyasachi, her perennial favorite. Kapur wore a mustard colored embroidered kurta. One of Balan's attire was a color coordinated mustard colored sari with a pink blouse. Following the wedding, Balan posed for photogs in a red south Indian silk saree wearing heavy gold jewelry including Punjabi style gold bangles.
