Designer Adarsh Gill presented her line “Evolution” on the fifth day of the Aamby Valley India Bridal Fashion Week 2013 in New Delhi.Bollywood startlet Esha Gupta was the showstopper and was seen in an elaborate red and golden lehenga choli.






The collection also showcased western wear – suitable for pre-wedding functions like engagements and cocktails. On display were beautiful evening gowns, short dresses, halter blouses, pencil skirts, jackets, bodices, bustiers as well as kurtas, ghararas, anarkalis and saris.












The designer also presented a men’s line that showed neat cuts – combing waistcoats and narrow fit pants.
One saw the combined use of International as well as Indian fabrics which included brocade, georgette, taffeta, lace among others. The craftsmanship that Adarsh Gill showed was exquisite and intricate with the use of embroideries, embellishments especially in silver, geometrical patterns, floral motifs and sequins work. 












On display were opulent and beautiful shades like emerald green, olive green, red, purple, neon orange, royal blue – all of which combined to add a luxurious and royal feel to the collection.






Adarsh Gill’s collection was the right mix of contemporary and traditional ethos.
